Office furniture has traditionally been associated with a decidedly clunky aesthetic for many years, but that's something the Arqus Desk has been designed to change.
Designed by Orlandini Design for Narbutas, the desk features a lightweight silhouette with metallic legs and a slim wooden top that keeps the sightline in a space open. The L-shaped design allows a side cabinet to be positioned away from the open space, which will keep essential storage within reach for the professional. The desk is constructed with veneered chipboard, and can be disassembled by 96% and recycled when no longer functional.
Folco Orlandini spoke on the Arqus Desk saying, "My goal was to update the executive area and the related furnishing elements, by maintaining the representative importance but conferring it with lightness and dynamism."
