Floridan design studio Yield introduces the new Architect Candle collection featuring three scents entitled 'Wright,' 'Scarpa,' and 'Entenza.' All three fragrances are named after famous architects and designers from the 20th century -- one of which highlight Frank Llyod Wright, which is one of the co-founders of Yield. The scents are developed to captivate special projects by the different talents. The studio explains that "this is our modest attempt to distill that sense of place (not the literal scent of the building's interior) into something."
The Wright scent features notes of amber, sand, and desert rose to represent the architect's winter home in Arizona. The Entenza scent highlight rosemary, birch, and eucalyptus to represent the coat of California. Scarpa's blend fuses deep notes of leather, palo santo, and vetiver for a bold Venice feel.
