To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, leading grocery delivery and pick-up service Instacart has partnered with streetwear designer Anwar Carrots to launch a four-piece carrot-themed apparel collection. The concise capsule includes a t-shirt, bucket hat, tote bag, and water bottle and leans heavily into summery colors and design elements.
Though Instacart and Anwar Carrots may seem like an unlikely duo -- especially considering the designer was once described by Los Angeles Times as ushering in the "future of streetwear" -- both the brand and the designer had already had a mutual appreciation for one another.
"As a father of three with one on the way, my life can get pretty busy, so we’ve been using Instacart for years when we’re in a pinch and need anything from tonight’s dinner to diapers for the kids... When Instacart came to me with this concept for a collaboration, I immediately lit up," said Anwar Carrot in a recent interview with The Drum.
