Colin Cote's collection comes with three intelligent components. The first is the baby monitor itself, the second is the parents' unit and the third is a motion-sensing mat. The baby monitor has an integrated camera with night vision and picks up all sounds with its microphone. All of this data is transmitted to the Angel Care Monitor base unit, from which adults can watch and listen to the live video. This gadget is also notified if the motion-sensing panel placed beneath the child discerns no movement for sufficient time.
