Italian multinational catering company Autogrill has officially launched Amore, an all-new fast-casual food restraurant concept for Italy's motorway service network.
The new concept marks Autogrill's first foray into the motorway space, where it will be delivering the first-ever Italian table service offering in the industry. So far, the first Amore restaurant has opened at the A1 Montepulciano Est service area in Southern Tuscany; a second location is set to launch in Badia Al Pino in the Arezzo province sometime in the coming months.
"With Amore’s launch, and the introduction of the table service formula, we intend to respond to the new demands of customers who are increasingly attentive to their own wellbeing and the authenticity of the product and the rest experience," said s spokesperson from Autogrill in a recent press release.
