Amazon Music Becomes the Newest Sponsor of the Esports Awards

Amazon Music has become the newest sponsor of the 2022 Esports Awards, making the brand the official music partner of the event. The brand aims to show "the synergy between music and competitive gaming" and will create a playlist for the ceremony that includes internationally recognized, local, and independent artists.

On December 13 in Las Vegas, the Resorts World Theatre will play home to the Esports Awards' seventh ceremony. Amazon Music enters the esports market for the first time with this partnership, joining the likes of automotive manufacturer Lexus,
telecommunications company Verizon, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

"It also wouldn’t be an Esports Awards celebration without a killer music playlist, and I can’t wait for everyone to experience what we have been working on with Amazon Music," said Michael Ashford, CEO of the Esports Awards.
