I'm sure most people have encountered a sun dial before, but can anyone say they've ever even heard of something like the Aluna moon clock? Never have I considered the moon tell me the time.
A proposed sculpture for London's waterfront, the Aluna moon clock is a monumental structure that would reach 40 meters high. It is powered by tides via underwater turbines, and is made out of recycled glass. Absolutely stunning, it tells times via LED lights that gradually illuminate around each ring.
