Debonair Video Chat Spokesmen

Airtime 'The Best Internet You Ever Had' is Smooth and Charming

The Airtime 'The Best Internet You Ever Had' campaign is the latest effort by Sean Parker and Shawn Fanning, the founders of the peer-to-peer video chat service Airtime, to promote the application's features and usability.

Created by San Francisco-based studio Portal A, the campaign features a faux spokesman by the name of Buckley Rivington, who uses a lot of smooth-talking charm to fill the audience in on the features and benefits of using Airtime, such as how it allows people to video call their Facebook friends, as well as strangers. The commercial is filled with a couple celebrity cameos, including Kurt Russell -- not that Airtime is new to celebrity endorsement. According to AdAge, past celeb endorsements have come from Alicia Keys, Jim Carrey, Snoop Dog, Jimmy Fallon and more.
