The AirFly Pro is a design by Twelve South to solve the issue of wanting to connect users' AirPods or other wireless devices to older-generation technology. It is essentially a wireless transmitter that is able to plug right into the output of the old device's aux and give it Bluetooth connectivity.
It is able to connect to a car stereo, an old CD player, or an MP3 player -- anything that has a 3.5mm output. From there, it is able to transmit audio through Bluetooth right to use headphones. It also allows two sets of earphones or headphones to be paired to one playback device. It creates clear audio without relying on the need for wires.
