The Art Institute of Chicago recently put together an art-inspired experience that lets consumers spend the night in an Airbnb bedroom that is designed to look like famed artist Vincent Van Gogh's room. The bedroom offers an aesthetic inspired by one of the artist's paintings that captures his living quarters with psychedelic colors rich in blues, red and oranges.
The room is an exact replica of Van Gogh's painting 'The Bedroom' that offers the same layout, furniture and decor in real life as the work of art displays. The room is avaliable in Chicago and fits two with access to a kitchen, TV and Internet. Despite how realistic the room looks to the painting, each piece of the decor is fully functional.
