adidas Moves Towards Sustainability with its New No-Dye Collection

International sportswear brand adidas has launched a new footwear line made with no added dyes.

The No-Dye collection favors a material's natural coloration, over-dying it to produce a new color. In addition, to reduce the brand's water consumption, the No-Dye collection eliminates the shoe dying process which typically involves a lot of water. By removing this step from the shoe-making process, more water and energy are saved.

This collection is inspired by old styles found in the adidas archive. Although primarily made for golfers, anyone can wear these sleek white shoes for various occasions. The shoes continue adidas' high-performance quality and make for an eco-conscious purchase. This unisex collection is available worldwide through the adidas website.
