I have been developing my expertise in the tourism sector since 2004, period on which I decided to get specialized in the sector and integrate the team of Andrew Coutts at ILM (ilm-ilmgroup.com), a tourism consultancy company operating in Portugal.

During these last six years and through my involvement in ILM several projects in areas like market research, concept imagineering and strategic marketing, I have taken my marketing and communication skills and my passion for the travel and tourism industry a step forward, established my own network of players and conquer my own place among them.

besides being the mother of a wonderful happy child, I really don't know...I guess I am still working on it
