Limited-Space High Rises

The Carlyle in Los Angeles

The Carlyle on Wilshire is being developed by Elad, the same company responsible for refurbishing the Plaza in NYC.

For those who don't know, the Wilshire corridor in LA is called the Golden Mile because it connects Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Century City.

The last high rise structure to be approved for the prestigious street will become the home for 78 residents, who will reside in a brand new, 24-story luxury community.

The Carlyle will feature "a building that offers sweeping views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, reflects our continuing strategy of selecting the best sites in highly competitive markets for the highest end luxury development," said Elad's COO, Thomas Elliott.
