SpoonRocket is a new startup attempting to change the way you look at fast food. The company is based in Berkeley and offers healthy fast food. Its ingredients are all natural and all organic. The meat used for its dishes is also free of anti-biotics and is free range. SpoonRocket's objective is to cater to those who want healthy food delivered quickly.
The startup's menu is awesomely simple, with one dish a day offered on both its vegetarian and meat-eater menu. Although only one dish per day is offered, the menu varies daily as SpoonRocket only works with fresh ingredients. Prices for meals are currently set at $6, although that is expected to rise, albeit not over $10. Delivery time is set at 10 minutes for the East Bay cities of Berkeley and Emeryville. You do need a membership to use the service and free lifetime memberships, are currently being offered (yearly memberships will later sell for $40/month).
