ZOZ Works Designs the Dynamic Split Box Cutter Concept
References: yankodesign
ZOZ Works designs the Split box cutter concept which addresses the problem of the section of a traditional blade that may be too small and can't be pushed out further in fear of it snapping. The concept aims to find a middle section that also provides a firm hold on the tool.
The Split is a concept that splits into two halves as the upper section holds the currently 'active' blade in use and the other half will keep all of the spare blades or other blades that are removed and need to be thrown away after. The cutter uses a retractable mechanism that deploys the blade but it will need a larger blade to push it out further.
