20 Stories, a Manchester restaurant and bar, launched a series of photo cocktails with edible printed images. The new drinks menu introduces a total of six new "photographic cocktails" that feature scenes of Manchester. The innovative cocktails rely on a mix of both old and new techniques—like fermentation, carbonation and fortification—as well as seasonal ingredients and cutting-edge technology. The drinks are created with a full-color printing machine, which can actually create 2D printed images up to A4 size.
Some of the unique photographic cocktails on the menu include options like the savory Nicolas Sage and Cream & Green, which takes inspiration from flavor pairings like Hendricks gin with cucumber and black pepper. Alongside several alcoholic options, the menu also shares alcohol-free options as well.
