The 'Merica Burger is Bacon and Egg Explosion
Jennifer Gosnell — July 6, 2012 — Lifestyle
In a strange new patriotic fashion, the 'Merica Burger has made its debut. Made of 100% thick-cut ground bacon with a sunnyside up egg on top and some more bacon to top it off, the burger has set a new standard for intense breakfast foods.
Brought to you by California's Slater’s 50/50, a restaurant that has earned its name from incorporating 50% ground beef and 50% bacon into their traditional burgers, the burger is challenging all sorts of norms. The restaurant chain has once again upped the ante with the 'Merica Burger that is sure to send cardiologists all over the world into a well-deserved uproar.
From the description alone, I wouldn't recommend for multiple consumptions, but for a once-in-a-lifetime "Only in America," endeavour you might want to give it a try.
