The chic new 'LygoLamp' by Studio Mango is the Netherlands-based company’s latest illuminating installation. The lamp comes as a do-it-yourself kit, just like the boxes of LEGO one would get as a kid. The packages come with 12 dozen LEGO blocks and all the necessary electrical equipment, so after all your toiling you’re rewarded with an elegant new light piece.
The hanging circular lamp comes in a variety of different colors, a crimson-like red or a neon purple would be well-situated within a progressive, contemporary layout while the black-and-white lamp shades would complement an urbanite-inspired environment beautifully.
Soon to debut at Salon 2012 in Milan, the LygoLamp will be available in mid 2012.
