Heavensake Launches the ‘Label Orange’ Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Heavensake’s ‘Label Orange’ JUNMAI DAIGINJO is the newest addition to the brewery’s comprehensive portfolio and the award-winning Franco-Japanese sake is a smooth, multi-layered blend that is both versatile and elegant. The black glass bottle comes perfectly topped with an orange cap and features Heavensake’s minimalist branding across the label.
Urakasumi's Toji (master brewer) and its president, Koichi Saura, worked closely with Régis Camus, co-founder of HEAVENSAKE and award-winning Chef de Cavein Champagne, in order to design this sake. The liquid is gluten, sulfite, sugar, and additive-free.
“We are certainly entering a period of acceleration for the Sake category in the main export markets – the United States, China and Hong Kong,” says Camus. “Pre-pandemic the category trend was around +20% year-over-year. These markets have seen a rapid growth of the Junmai Sake segment particularly for Junmai Daiginjo grade.
