If you are looking for a minimalist yet interesting piece of furniture that will inspire creativity and imagination, look no further than the Idea Bench. A stunning seat, it brings together a modern aesthetic with an organic form that is perfect for today's society.
Designed by Craig Siebeneck, the Idea Bench was crafted out of Baltic birch plywood. A time-consuming task, layer upon layer was laminated and then carved by free hand in order to achieve its unique curves. After hours of sanding and smoothing, it was then coated in oil. Finally, the Idea Bench was born.
Warm and inviting, the Idea bench also has a rather challenging presence that is perpetuated because of its sharp edges. This allows it to inspire rather than just be another piece of furniture.
