A Flickr user who goes by the name of Harvezt imagines famous album covers from their back sides. The illustrations will completely alter your perspective on these covers from here on out.
The series, titled ‘The Dark Side of the Covers,’ cleverly depicts popular album covers from The Beatles, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Nirvana and many others. One example includes the iconic swimming infant on the cover of Nirvana's 'Never Mind' album; he is illustrated as if the picture was taken from behind him, so his bare-bum is displayed instead. Another example includes David Bowie's 'Aladdin Sane' cover in reverse; instead of showing him with the well-known bolt makeup on his face, the image showcases the back of his head.
This artist is extremely comical, but extraordinarily talented. The "dark sides" are exactly what you would picture them to be.
